Salty Tongue

The Salty Tongue is the best café in Gastown. I like the super long table inside of it, how the coffee is so strong your vibrating when you leave, and the lady (who must be the owner?) who works there always calls you ‘sweety’ or ‘love’ or ‘darling’ or something else that’s warm and cuddly. Normally that drives me nuts when people do that, but nope not with her!

So, my nod goes to the Salty Tongue for best Gastown café. Next time I’ll actually take pictures on the inside (if they let me!)!

Oh yeah, the Tongue is connected to the Irish Heather which just happens to be the best place in Vancouver to hammer back Guinness. These people have it figured out eh!
