Valentines Day Portraits — Valentines Day Couple Photography

I’m going to wave this flag loud and proud – I totally hate having my picture taken. Hate it. Totally. It’s like listening to people eat, only worse. That’s how I feel at least.

But these pictures actually weren’t that excruciating, and I actually like them! Hallelujah!

Basically Madame Therese Larsson had to take Mr. Jakob Granqvist and my pictures for a really cool article written by Saavy Insider about Jakob and my Faces of The Games Project. It basically talked about our photography and how it’s connecting to the Vancouver Olympics.

The stipulation Therese made was her and I had to do some couple photos together. So, I agreed and it was the least I could do!

This in a roundabout way connects back to Nordica Photography though because we have a Valentines Day Couple Photography promotion going on right now. Basically, for a killer deal, you can get Valentines Day Couple Portraits done by us, and part of the proceeds will go towards breast cancer research. Not a bad deal eh?

So, Therese and I are the muses here I suppose to promote this little diddy. Thanks Jakob for battling the bakis (hangover) and taking these bud!

There will be more posted on the Nordica Photography site tomorrow!

@UB – I’m not even joking when I say my heart sings when I see UB comments on this thing. You were the very first person to post a comment on this site, you have always been honest and critical, and for the Love of Peter Paul and Mary I hope you keep popping in! Anyways, I agree with you I love that last one. Therese is beautiful and I’m a very lucky lad.

Cole, it’s a pleasure to drop in, but a bit tricky now that your site is business oriented. After all, if I was tempted to say (oh.. just as a casual example ;) ) that sometimes I think you have too much flash on your model’s faces, then what does that do for you, when the said model is likely to read the comment?

I wouldn’t dream of undermining the confidence of your readers in your (far superior to mine) abilities. So.. I’m around, enjoying watching your progress, just maybe being a little less vocal about it :)
