You know, I love, love, love the way you handle a camera, think you have a lot of great ideas, too (there being a difference between those who have technical skill and those who have creativity, and the rare specimens who have both..) but your blog direction has taken a sharp turn toward gritty, lately, and a girl such as myself finds the odd butterfly a breath of fresh air under the circumstances.

I’ve mentioned before that cool has a low priority for me: it’s merely an added bonus, if you will. Do you remember your picture of the rope bridge? and the gross-you-out fish eye? I had hopes in following your blog of seeing more of the natural beauty of Canada. (wry smile..) Cole, a few of those overgrown turkeys you breed back home even, would be a welcome sight. I live on the edge of the central business district of my city, see drug addicts waaaaay more frequently than I enjoy, and, well, Oh, I don’t even know why I am rambling, forgive me! I guess I just wanted to say I miss your pretty shots!
